6 days per run a week

Now, what I am trying to do is to run 6 days per week.
This week has been pretty great so far, except for I skipped out on 2 days.
4/6 so far!

Also to bike (train, not commute) 3 out of 7 days, 1 out of 3 being outside, which shouldn't be all that bad since I do bike mostly 7 out of 7 days minimum 12mi/day during school days. 

Training schedule for the upcoming week

Saturday: 
Morning: 6mi run @ 1hr and 18min 

Sunday:
Morning: 
Cycle:
90 RPM @ Z1, 5min 
85 RPM @ Z1, 5min
95 RPM @ Z1, 25min @ down the neighborhood and back 
Immediately:
2-3 miles @ 10min/mi pace 

Evening:
Core cardio and balance (insanity)

Monday:
Morning: 
INTERVAL RUNNING:
0.5 mi @ 13-18 min/mi, Z1
0.5 mi x 2 @ 7-8 min/mi Z2-3
0.25mi x 2 @ 5-7 min/mi, Z3-4
0.5 @ 13-18min/mi, Z1

Evening: 
Plyometric Cardio Circuit (Insanity)

Tuesday:
Morning: 
Cycle:
85-90 RPM @ Z1-2, 35mins x 2
(Climb up tangerine)

Evening:
Run 1-2mi easy pace 

Wednesday:
Morning:
Run: 1mi-2mi @ fast pace aim for 8-9min/ mi 
6:00 am ZUMBA

Cycle: 6mi (commute)

Thursday:
